A shout out to hardworking public servant graphic designers “solving problems!”

In all the pandemic messaging I’ve been receiving (newsletters, inserts, psa’s), I keep noticing the evolution of graphical elements that are included. They are simplistic, a bit pandering yet earnest. Included in the gallery below are samples from the City of Los Angeles, the City of Santa Monica and Los Angeles County.

I love the slogan: “Safer L.A.” It would be fun to see it used in a variety of different ways. How about in the approach to climate change, air quality, crime prevention, public safety to just name a few.
